Yeah...I know...I only do death metal and hardcore heavy metal music but once in awhile I come across some great bands in other generes of music styles. This one is a little bit rock, a touch of metal and alot of new~country music. They're called LIQUID FIRE and their cd release party is this Saturday, Nov.18th at Trifecta's Bar in Florence, Ky. LIQUID FIRE has potential of being a major player on the country music scene very easily. With the backing of JOHN~MICHAEL MONTGOMERY how can ya go wrong?!! LF weaves together country style melodies, hard rock shredding guitar, blazing fiddle, and hard driving rhythms to produce an unparalleled audio/visual experience like you've never seen! Liquid Fire's music is reflected by their influences such as Ozzy Osbourne, Dwight Yokam, Montgomery Gentry, Steve Vai, Pantera, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Johnny Cash, as well as many others! Liquid Fire's live stage show is a powerful, energetic, and entertaining experience! The chemistry you get from these five guys live is like no other! LF has been pounding the pavement hard since January 2005. The LF tour roster stays full with shows like Freedom Fest 2005 (Petersburg,Ky), Biketoberfest 2005 (Daytona,FL) and 10 nights at Bike Week 2006 (Daytona/Edgewater,FL). LF has performed over 120 shows last year alone. They have recently been nominated for the prestigious CEA (Cincinnati Entertainment Award) for best country band in Cincinnati, OH and have just finished work on their 1st full lenghth album with Ohana Music manager Kirk Willie (John Michael Montgomery's touring FOH) behind the wheel. Several guest musicians will be appearing on the cd including Heath Wright of Ricochet, Kimo Forrest (John Michael Montgomery's touring lead guitarist) and more.
